Voice AI & calling tools

Voice AI answers inbound calls with a natural-sounding AI voice agent — it can book appointments, answer common questions, and take messages when you're unavailable. Choose from multiple voice options and customize the greeting script under Voice AI settings.

The Power Dialer lets you queue up a list of clients (e.g., all at-risk clients) and call through them one after another with a single click, logging outcomes automatically. The Call Tracker logs all inbound and outbound call activity against each client's profile so your whole team can see call history in one place.

Missed calls & ringless voicemail

When you miss an incoming call, MsgHealth automatically sends the caller a text message so you never lose a lead to voicemail — enable it and customize the message under Settings → Missed Call Text-Back.

Ringless voicemail drops a pre-recorded audio message directly into a client's voicemail box without their phone ringing. Upload an audio file, record one in-browser, or generate one from a script, then send it to a client or list.

Loyalty, referrals & account security

Clients automatically earn loyalty points for completed visits, referrals, or reviews, which they can redeem for rewards you configure. The Affiliate panel tracks affiliates who refer new customers to your business, along with total affiliates, total referrals, and payouts owed.

For account security, sign-in is handled through Supabase Auth with secure password and email verification; additional 2FA options are on the roadmap for Enterprise accounts. To permanently delete your account and all data, contact support — deletion completes within 30 days.
