Your public booking page
Every account gets a public booking page at msghealth.net/book/[your-business]. Clients pick a service and an available time slot, and the booking is added directly to your calendar with an automatic confirmation SMS — no back-and-forth required.
Under Settings → Booking Page you can add your logo, brand colors, business hours, and service list. Enterprise plans can fully white-label the page with a custom domain.

Appointment reminders & calendar sync
MsgHealth sends an automatic reminder the day before an appointment (1pm cron) and can also send a same-day or hour-before reminder if enabled — configure which reminders are active under Settings → Appointment Reminders.
Connect your Google Calendar under Settings → Integrations for two-way sync: appointments made in MsgHealth appear on your Google Calendar, and events on your calendar are reflected back in MsgHealth.

Invoicing, estimates & in-person payments
Use the Invoicing panel to create and send itemized invoices, track total invoiced and outstanding amounts, and accept payment online. For work that needs approval first, build an itemized Estimate, send it to the client, and convert an accepted estimate directly into an invoice or booking.
For in-person payments, Tap2Pay charges a card using a connected reader or your phone's NFC tap-to-pay. Text2Pay sends a secure payment link by SMS when you need to collect payment remotely, no terminal required.

How do clients book appointments online?

Can I charge a deposit or require payment at booking?
Yes — enable paid slots to require a deposit or full payment when clients book online. You can also mark certain time slots as 'premium' with a different price.
Can clients join a waitlist if I'm fully booked?
Yes — the Waitlist panel lets clients request a spot when your calendar is full. If a slot opens up from a cancellation, you can text the next person on the waitlist directly from the panel.
