Grow your reviews, protect your reputation
Automatically route happy clients to Google and catch unhappy ones privately — before they ever leave a public review.
How lead funneling works
After every appointment, MsgHealth automatically sends the client an SMS asking them to rate their visit on a 1–5 scale. Clients who give 4 or 5 stars are redirected straight to your Google review page — capturing your best reviews at the moment satisfaction is highest.
Clients who rate 1–3 stars are instead prompted for private written feedback that appears only in your dashboard's Ratings tab. This keeps unhappy experiences out of the public eye while still surfacing the exact issue so you can follow up directly with the client.
- Runs automatically after every completed appointment
- 4–5 star ratings redirect to your public Google review page
- 1–3 star ratings are captured privately, never posted publicly
- Available on Pro ($109/mo) and Enterprise ($279/mo) plans
Setting your Google review URL
Go to Settings → Integrations → Review Page URL and paste your Google review link (it usually starts with g.page or maps.google.com). Once saved, every client who rates 4 or 5 stars is automatically redirected there after submitting their rating.
If you leave the field blank, 4–5 star clients are instead sent to msghealth.net/reviews, which still records the positive review but won't count toward your Google Business Profile rating.
- Find your Google review link from your Google Business Profile
- Changes take effect immediately for future rating requests
- Leaving it blank routes positive reviews to msghealth.net/reviews instead
Managing private client feedback
Open your dashboard and go to the Ratings tab, then scroll to the Client Feedback section. Every 1–3 star rating that includes written feedback appears there with the client's name, star count, and submission date — giving you a private queue to follow up on before it ever becomes a public complaint.
- Feedback is tied to the client's profile for full context
- Follow up directly by SMS or phone from the same view
- Nothing is posted publicly — this is an internal-only inbox
Monitoring your reputation across platforms
The Reputation panels track reviews from Google and other connected platforms in one place, alongside the ratings collected through your own review funnel — so you get a single view of your online reputation instead of checking multiple sites.
- See Google reviews alongside your internal ratings
- Spot rating trends before they affect your public score
- Combine with automated review requests for continuous coverage
